By accessing our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
Our programs are designed for high school and pre-college students. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have obtained verified consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Payment must be completed at least one (1) month prior to the start of any cohort unless otherwise approved in writing.
Cohort seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services solely for educational and non-commercial purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. CleverCamp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately without refund for any disruptive, dishonest, abusive, or harmful behavior toward peers, instructors, or mentors.
4. Intellectual Property
All curriculum, course materials, lectures, branding, assets, and intellectual property provided by CleverCamp are owned by the Company and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any course materials without our prior written consent.
5. No Guarantees
We provide high-quality instruction, industry mentorship, and project-based learning. However, we make no guarantees regarding university admissions, scholarship offers, academic grades, or specific career outcomes.
